Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

To have your order shipped to an address, please select the "Ship" option in the Information portion of your checkout and enter the shipping address for your order. On the next page of checkout, select your preferred shipping method; either Standard or Express shipping. Rates are calculated by the shipping destination.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.

For orders selecting Standard shipping, order arrival will be within 3-4 business days after our 24-48 hours processing period. For orders selecting Express shipping, order arrival will be within 1-2 business days after our 24-48 hour processing period.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these suggested transit times. These transit times are provided by both UPS and USPS.

*Processing times when we have site-wide sales and/or during holiday season may take 1-2 days longer.

In-Store Pickup:

To have your order ready and waiting in-store, select the "Pick Up" option in the Information portion of your checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed, and once it is ready, you will be notified and able to pick it up in-store. We welcome you to come in-store to pick up your order, or if you call (805) 494-4449 when you arrive, we will gladly bring it out to you. 

Our store hours are 11 - 5 Monday through Saturday and 12-4 on Sundays.
